About THE CAPTAIN
Born and raised in Maine, Pete has been fishing since age 16. He started his career on the waters of casco bay as a tuna spotter for the harpoon fishery. After school Pete worked as a deckhand on a commercial tugboat on the east coast. During this time he learned navigation and seamanship. At age 22 he began his career as a lobsterman in Portland, Maine. During this time Pete acquired his 100 ton Us Coast Guard Captains and Registered Maine Tidewater Guide Licenses.
Pete's lifelong dream was to operate a charter boat (teazercharters.com) and share his passion for fishing with others. His 20+ years working in this area has given him a wealth of knowledge about where to be and when to be there to put fish on the deck.
ABOUT TEAZER
Welcome to our custom 35ft Maine built charter boat. She is powered by a 375hp Cat diesel which cruises at a comfortable 17 knots to the fishing grounds. She is fully rigged with state of the art electronics. She comfortably fishes up to 6 people. Our tackle is the best on the market.
